Before reading the article that follows, see what Fyodor Dostoyevsky (1821-1881) had to say about “bestial” as is often applied to the cruelty of man.
People speak sometimes about the "bestial" cruelty of man, but that is terribly unjust and offensive to beasts, no animal could ever be so cruel as a man, so artfully, so artistically cruel. ~ FD
Following now is one article regarding the brutally savage act of a sexually depraved West Virginia man.

HEADLINE: Mom finds bloody floor then learns what boyfriend put “in baby.”
A Ripley, West Virginia, woman woke from a nap on Monday afternoon (3 October 2016) to find her 10-month-old baby missing. She found her baby on the basement floor alone, bloodied, bruised and unconscious.
After rushing her child to the hospital, the mother found out the horrible truth about what had happened. Benjamin Taylor, her new boyfriend, had raped tiny baby.
Emmaleigh Barringer suffered severe brain damage and died on Wednesday as a result of other injuries, WSAZ reported.
Jackson County deputies arrested Taylor, 32, Monday, and initially charged him with first degree sexual assault. That charge was upgraded to murder after the child died from her injuries.
The deputies said it was the most brutal case of sexual assault they have seen in 20 years.
Police did not immediately release many details about the murder, but they did say officers responded to a 911 call on Monday and found the baby’s mother holding the child.
Taylor allegedly told investigators that he took the baby down to the basement with him while he did laundry. However, he said he blacked out and didn’t know what happened next. Sources said Taylor changed his story many times, and police later found blood on him that they believed to have belonged to the baby.
“The only way justice is going to be served is if he feels every ounce of pain that he caused her,” explained Danielle Adkins, cousin to the baby’s mother. “It wasn’t enough that he took her innocence, he had to take her life too.”
Adkins said the baby’s mother held her as she died on Wednesday.
West Virginia does not have a death penalty for Class 1 felonies. If convicted, Taylor's murder of Emmaleigh Barringer by falling into that category, a sentence of life imprisonment would be the maximum penalty. Being incarcerated in with the general population a state prison could be worse than a quick death. I say this because a man who is found guilty of Benjamin Taylor's crime would be at the mercy of men who disapprove of child molestation and have their own version of a punishment that he deserves.☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆
