'Tis Tasty 8 - Brownies

What follows is recipe for a variation on the classic brownie theme. It is a party favorite both at home and for gifts. There are no secret ingredients in the two step directions. Several years ago a friend in California gave us the recipe. The photo may be a bit misleading because it does not show the centered caramel layer, but not to worry. It's chocolate decadence at its best. Not only do these brownies provide a sweet tooth fix, they satisfy all the sweet teeth.
