Recently learned a new word ... and it's so applicable to all three major branches of our government ... especially so to the Executive and Legislative branches. The word does not flow off the tongue smoothly, but boy-oh-boy, does it ever have meaning that affects us all. Being a relatively new word, it seems not to have made its way to major online reference sources, much less to print.
The word is ineptocracy. In a pretty big nutshell its definition describes a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing . . . but most capable of reproducing . . . and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.
Interestingly enough a newer search engine, e.g., Duck Duck Go, provides more references to ineptocracy than do Google and Yahoo. Thugocracy is another relatively new word also associated with Obama and his administration. Check Duck Duck Go for more references to thugocracy.
